The Role:
Housekeepers required for our busy holiday park and our unique holiday cottages!
Our beautiful sites, including both the Durdle Door Holiday Park and our accommodation across the wider estate are immensely popular with a wide range of holiday makers and owners, all of whom share a love of this idyllic, unspoilt coastline and countryside. Our housekeepers play a vital role in the day to day operations on the estate.
Previous experience within a housekeeping role to include cleaning and laundry is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Applicants must have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, total reliability and a willingness to learn.
This is a part time, permanent role, available with an immediate start.
Working hours are a minimum of 18 hours per week, worked on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Additional hours will be offered when available and the occasional early shift or late shift will be required.
Due to the nature of the role we are currently recruiting for those aged 18+ with a full driving licence only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning of all touring and camping facilities including showers, toilets and dishwashing areas.
- Cleaning of all holiday park accommodation units and cottages.
- Making beds and changing linens.
- Reporting any damage, breakages, faults or shortages in the inventory.
- Ensuring all cleaning is to the highest standard.
- Working in other business areas, such as laundry, as and when required.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of how to use cleaning tools and supplies.
- Experience of managing and organising your time.
- Highly efficient with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and strength.
- A strong work ethic, taking pride in delivering excellent service.
