Positions are available in our buzzing Man O War Bar/Restaurant situated within Durdle Door Holiday Park. So, whether our customers are looking for a coffee and quick snack, family lunch, or delicious dinner, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

Chef de Partie

Are you a Chef De Partie looking for an exciting new opportunity?

The Lulworth Estate is a beautiful, privately owned country estate, home to the world famous Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. We are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience, attracting both locals and visitors.

We are looking for an experienced Chef De Partie, with a strong background from a similar environment, to become an integral part of our hospitality team. This role will support the existing team at our gastro pub, The Weld Arms in East Lulworth, situated at the foot of Lulworth Castle.

Under the guidance of our Head Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the kitchen is prepared for service and then lead a section during service. All applicants must have a passion for serving excellent food.

This is a temporary, seasonal position with an immediate start, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, 40 hours per week and offers a fantastic opportunity for someone to demonstrate their existing kitchen skills and contribute to a fantastic season.

Customer Care Assistant

Are you friendly, empathetic and a great people person? Would you like to play a vital role in ensuring our owners and guests experience a great holiday in a stunning location?

We require a charismatic, proactive Customer Care Assistant to be the welcoming face and voice of our beautiful and busy holiday park overlooking the Durdle Door world heritage site.

Our park has a range of privately owned holiday homes, hire fleet and pitches for touring vans and tents and is popular with a wide range of holiday makers and owners, all of whom share a love of this idyllic, unspoilt coastline and countryside.

This is a part time, seasonal position until 31st October 2025, working a minimum of 20 hours per week. Various evening shifts are available, with Friday and Saturday evenings a requirement.

Housekeepers

The Lulworth Estate requires Housekeepers to work at our beautiful holiday park at Durdle Door as well as our unique holiday cottages situated throughout the estate.

Our sites are popular with a wide range of holiday makers and owners, all of whom share a love of this idyllic, unspoilt coastline and countryside.

Housekeeping can be hard work and also very changeable so we are looking for motivated staff who are flexible and who appreciate a job well done, even on busy and tiring changeover days in high season.

Shifts are currently available between two and four days per week across Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (with at least 1 weekend day per week) with an immediate start. The occasional early or late shift will be required and additional hours will be offered when available.

Some previous experience of housekeeping to include cleaning and laundry is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given. Applicants will need excellent attention to detail, a willingness to learn, total reliability and a hard-working attitude.

Seasonal Visitor Services Assistant

An amazing opportunity for a full time, seasonal position within our dynamic and knowledgeable visitor services team, working at one of the most popular locations along the World Heritage Jurassic Coast!

We are seeking proactive, friendly and energetic Seasonal Visitor Experience Assistants to join our dynamic team during the busy spring and summer months.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in an outdoor, visitor-facing environment and are eager to make a real difference by helping visitors enjoy everything Lulworth has to offer whilst caring for the estate’s exceptional landscapes.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations across our key coastal sites, focusing on visitor engagement, site presentation, safety, litter management, car parking, amenity maintenance and the upkeep of coastal access areas and conservation tasks.

This is a physical outdoor job, operating in all weathers and successful applicants should have total reliability, excellent communication skills, be level-headed in various situations, have a love for the natural environment, a good level of physical fitness and ideally, a good knowledge of the local area.

As a key part of our team, you’ll be the friendly face that represents and welcomes visitors to Lulworth and ensure that their day runs smoothly. Your role will include a mix of engaging with visitors, ensuring safety and maintaining the beauty of our coast and access areas.
