Front of House staff – Man O War Bar & Restaurant

These are seasonal positions until the end of September, offering a minimum of 16 hours per week on a rota basis, with the chance to gain additional shifts during our buzzing busy periods – especially during the summer months.

Salary will be £12.71 per hour with holiday pay paid on top at 12.07% of hours worked (a total hourly rate of £14.25 per hour)

As the role involves serving alcohol, applicants must be 18 or older.

Grounds Maintenance Operative

Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping beautiful surroundings looking their best?

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic seasonal grounds team member to join our friendly team, covering Durdle Door Holiday Park and our holiday cottages. This is a hands-on outdoor role supporting the presentation and maintenance of our holiday park, touring and camping areas, landscaped grounds and holiday cottages. You will help ensure all areas are clean, safe, attractive and maintained to a high standard for our guests and holiday homeowners throughout the season.

We are looking for someone who:
• Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Has a positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Is reliable, physically fit and willing to undertake manual outdoor work daily.
• Works well as part of a team and can also use their own initiative.
• Has good attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
• Demonstrates excellent people skills and a friendly, professional manner with guests and colleagues.
• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, landscaping, or a similar outdoor role would be advantageous, but not essential.
