About the Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join us at The Weld Arms, situated in picturesque East Lulworth at the foot of Lulworth Castle and Park. As we head into our busy season, this is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our passionate and dedicated kitchen team.
As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes that showcase the very best of fresh, seasonal produce. You will work closely with the senior kitchen team to maintain consistency, creativity, and excellence in every plate.

The Boatshed at Lulworth Cove is a busy and much-loved café, serving high-quality breakfast and lunch to both locals and visitors. Located within the beautiful Lulworth Estate, we pride ourselves on delivering a warm welcome and consistently great food in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a part time Cook to join our kitchen team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives during busy breakfast services and enjoys working with fresh ingredients to produce delicious dishes.

The Role

Working weekends as part of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our breakfast-led menu, alongside a selection of popular lunch dishes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient service while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and organisation.

Key Responsibilities
• Preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch dishes to a high standard
• Ensuring the kitchen is fully set up and ready for service
• Working efficiently during busy service periods
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Supporting stock control, portioning, and minimising waste
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly
• Communicating effectively with front and back of house teams

What We’re Looking For
• Experience working in a café, breakfast kitchen, or similar environment
• A passion for fresh, well-presented food
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Salary will be £12.71 per hour with holiday pay paid on top at 12.07% of hours worked (a total hourly rate of £14.25 per hour)

As the role involves serving alcohol, applicants must be 18 or older.

Are you an experienced Chef looking for an exciting new opportunity?

We pride ourselves on offering an exceptional visitor experience whilst preserving the natural beauty and sustainability of our landscapes and estate.

We are looking for an experienced Chef, with a strong background from a similar environment, to become an integral part of our hospitality team at our Man O’War Bar and Restaurant at our beautiful holiday park, overlooking Durdle Door.

Working alongside our existing Head Chef and kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering service and the continued growth of our food offer as we extend opening hours. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about fresh food, able to work well as part of a team, and confident operating in a busy hospitality environment while maintaining high standards.

This is a permanent, full time position, working 5 days/40 hours per week and offers a competitive salary between £31,000 and £33,000 per annum as well as a fantastic opportunity for someone to demonstrate their existing kitchen skills and contribute to our future.
