This is a full time position, working 5 days out of 7, Monday – Sunday – 42 hours per week and will include working holidays and weekends.
As Head Chef, you will be required to manage all aspects of the kitchen operation. You will need to inspire your team, work efficiently and be highly organised. The successful candidate will have commercial experience, strong communication skills, a passion for fresh food, sustainable practice and delivering exceptional experiences.

Salary will be £12.71 per hour with holiday pay paid on top at 12.07% of hours worked (a total hourly rate of £14.26 per hour)

We are looking for a part time Cook to join our kitchen team, initially on a seasonal basis, with the possibility to develop into a permanent role. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives during busy breakfast services and enjoys working with fresh ingredients to produce delicious dishes.
The Role
Working weekends as part of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our breakfast-led menu, alongside a selection of popular lunch dishes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient service while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and organisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch dishes to a high standard
• Ensuring the kitchen is fully set up and ready for service
• Working efficiently during busy service periods
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Supporting stock control, portioning, and minimising waste
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly
• Communicating effectively with front and back of house teams
