We are looking for a part time, seasonal Commis Chef, to become an integral part of our kitchen team.

The Lulworth Estate are looking for a hard working, enthusiastic individual to join us as a Kitchen Assistant at our busy Man O War Bar/Restaurant at Durdle Door Holiday Park.
This is a temporary, seasonal position (end date 1st January 2025) with an immediate start and offers a fantastic opportunity to work within our hospitality team at this stunning World Heritage Site.
You will be required to work at lunch and/or dinner times, the hours will be on a rota basis and will include weekends and Bank/Public Holidays. Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is desirable but not required.

MOREWaste Management Operative
Do you enjoy working outdoors? Are you interested in becoming an essential part of the day to day operation of the Lulworth Estate?
We are seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join our busy Waste Management team.
Successful applicants must be passionate in their work, must have excellent attention to detail with very high standards, total reliability and a positive, can-do attitude.
This is a physical, outdoor job which will require litter picking along with the moving, emptying and cleaning of bins and their storage bays/locations, as well as other waste management tasks. Some related experience within waste management is desirable but not essential.
This is a seasonal position, finishing on 31st October 2024. Working hours are 35 hours per week Saturday to Wednesday between 7:30am and 3:30pm. Some flexibility over start and finish times can be discussed at interview.
Due to the nature of the job, driving our waste management truck is essential. Therefore, for insurance purposes, applicants must be 25 years old or over and must hold a full driving licence.

MORELaundry Operative
Are you hardworking, committed and organised? Would you like the opportunity to work at a stunning World Heritage site?
We are currently seeking Laundry Operatives for an immediate start to join our busy Housekeeping department at Durdle Door Holiday Park.
One year of previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Candidates must show a willingness to learn and a positive, can do attitude.
This is a seasonal position which will come to an end on 2nd January 2025. Candidates will be able to commit to at least 16 hours per week (across a minimum of 2 days) working in our laundry room, with further hours available in our busy housekeeping department should this be of interest. Working hours are flexible between 6:00am and 10:00pm and working some weekend shifts will be required.
Due to the remote location of this position, a full UK Driving Licence or the ability to reliably commute to work is essential.

MOREHousekeepers
Housekeepers required for our busy holiday park and our unique holiday cottages!
Our beautiful sites, including both the Durdle Door Holiday Park and our accommodation across the wider estate are immensely popular with a wide range of holiday makers and owners, all of whom share a love of this idyllic, unspoilt coastline and countryside. Our housekeepers play a vital role in the day to day operations on the estate.
Previous experience within a housekeeping role to include cleaning and laundry is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Applicants must have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, total reliability and a willingness to learn.
This is a fixed term contract, ending on 31st October 2024.
Working hours are 2 days per week to include Monday, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday. Routine working hours will be between 09:45am and 06:00pm with flexibility to meet business needs. Additional hours will be offered when available.
Due to the nature of the role we are currently recruiting for those aged 18+ with a full driving licence only.
