Welcoming over a million visitors annually, we are embarking on an exciting new chapter, reimagining our learning offer to inspire curiosity, ignite imagination, and foster stewardship of our environment and heritage.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic and visionary Learning Producer to lead the creation and delivery of a bold new learning programme. This is a rare chance to shape how people of all ages engage with Lulworth Estate.
You’ll design immersive experiences that span natural sciences, history, geography, and heritage interpretation, connecting schools, families, communities, and adult learners with Lulworth in meaningful and memorable ways.
About You
We’re seeking an energetic, imaginative professional who can bring learning to life – whether leading a fossil hunt on the beach or curating interpretive materials for a castle exhibition.
Essential:
• Proven experience in heritage, cultural, or environmental learning.
• Creative, learner-centred approach to programme design.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse age groups.
• Understanding of curriculum requirements and learning methodologies.
• Experience building partnerships with schools and community organisations.
• Passion for sustainability and inclusivity.
Desirable:
• Experience in digital learning or interpretation.
• Knowledge of the Jurassic Coast and coastal environments.
• Project management experience in cultural or educational contexts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a new learning strategy across the Estate’s natural and built heritage.
- Design and deliver engaging programmes for schools, families, and lifelong learners — both on-site and digitally.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure relevance, creativity, and accessibility.
- Create resources and training for educators and group leaders.
- Embed sustainability, inclusivity, and wellbeing into all learning experiences.
- Evaluate impact and participation to continuously improve the programme.
