The Role:

Are you a practical, reliable team player who enjoys working outdoors? Join us at The Lulworth Estate as a General Maintenance Operative at our beautiful holiday park overlooking the world-famous Durdle Door World Heritage Site.

Our popular holiday park features privately owned holiday homes, a hire fleet, and pitches for touring caravans and tents. We welcome a wide range of guests and owners who share a love for this unique, unspoilt coastline and countryside.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will play a vital part in ensuring the park is maintained to the highest standard for the enjoyment and safety of our visitors.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Friendly, approachable and customer-focused
• Reliable, hardworking and committed
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to work well as part of a team or on their own
• Physically fit, as the role involves daily manual work

Previous general maintenance experience is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • De-siting, moving and siting of caravans (full training will be given)
  • General maintenance of holiday cottages, buildings, caravans and equipment
  • Painting and decorating, basic plumbing
  • Litter picking and grounds maintenance, park upkeep
  • Maintaining the children’s play park
  • Regular inspection of fire boxes, H&S checks
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
  • Full, clean driving licence (essential)
