We are seeking a highly motivated, personable Customer Care Manager to join our friendly Customer Care team at Durdle Door Holiday Park, here on the Lulworth Estate. Set on the breathtaking Jurassic Coast, this role offers the opportunity to lead the Customer Care team across the Holiday Park and Lulworth Holidays, offering guests and owners a rare opportunity to stay amidst one of England’s most iconic natural landmarks.
This is a full time, permanent role, working 5 days/40 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
About You:
You will have proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or tourism sector (1 year minimum).
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to represent the high standards of the Lulworth Estate.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
A real passion for delivering exceptional customer care, making holidays on the Lulworth Estate positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and demonstrating high standards of customer care across both Durdle Door Holiday Park and Lulworth Holidays to meet the requirements of the business.
- Recruiting, maintaining, and developing a strong, efficient Customer Care team through comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.
- Setting up and maintaining staff rotas that align with the seasonal needs and guest demands of the business.
- Handling customer feedback professionally and efficiently, demonstrating confidence and empathy in dispute resolution.
- Managing all absence requests and procedures for the team, including the completion of all necessary paperwork for both new and existing members.
- Driving sales of optional booking extras within the team, targeting both potential and existing customers to enhance their Lulworth experience.
- Working closely with the Holiday Services Manager, Park Administrator, and General Manager to assist with additional duties as required.
