After 54 wedding venue viewings, Tom and I knew as soon as we saw the castle that this was where we had to get married and thank the universe we held out!

We want to send a huge thank you to you and all the team at Lulworth Castle for making our wedding day truly the best day of our lives! It was magical from start to finish! The castle is unbelievably beautiful. Even having seen it many times, it, of course, felt so different and special in our wedding day. We loved the US and UK flags! All our guests were in awe of how beautiful the castle is and many of our guests told us it was their favourite wedding because of the perfect setting.
From our first call with you, you have been fantastic. You were very responsive to all our questions and highly efficient and organised to make sure that everything was in place on the day. You were also a great source of guidance and support when Steve and I were unsure on which direction we should go with music, lighting, or layout. On the rehearsal day, you were very helpful in supporting and showing us the layout and setting (and calming nerves!!)
On our wedding day, you and the team were terrific! Thank you for organising with the groom and groomsmen when I was arriving, guiding guests in, and waiting for the bridesmaids. One very funny memories of the day was when my dad and I were sat in the car waiting for the bridesmaids/mums. Other guests were turning up so my dad was trying to hide me in the car and you and your team were trying to shepherd the guests into the church without them seeing me. I felt like a member of royalty! The whole day ran smoothly without a hiccup and that was down to you and the caterers working diligently to make our day perfect.
I truly could go on forever with how grateful we are. I finally wanted to say thank you for our wedding card! Steve and I were saying that we already want to go back to the castle to re-experience the day, and to receive the free entry for month of August is just perfect. We will be returning!
We had the most amazing wedding and experience with Lulworth castle. All the staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Planning from abroad was daunting but so worth it! I highly recommend this venue to any couple getting married in the future!

Lulworth is the most beautiful place to get married, such a historic and amazing building so lovingly restored. The Lulworth team are nothing short of incredible from start to finish Sarah made the day an absolute breeze, so responsive in the preparation and another level of amazing on the day, they made everything run so seamless and the whole process was so enjoyable. It is the most beautiful space, so well maintained with stunning large rooms, gardens & amazing lighting.

Lulworth Castle not only looks incredible, but the staff’s help and expertise is second to none. Sarah was always on hand to answer any questions we had, as well as provide recommendations and put worries to rest. You can have exclusive wedding portraits at Lulworth Cove which is an added bonus. I cannot recommend Lulworth Castle enough as a wedding venue, it is truly magical. With sea-views, extensive landscaped gardens and an under-ground museum this venue has it all.

Lulworth Castle is a fairytale wedding venue, combining coast, castle and countryside in one. The team at the Castle were amazing the whole way through the process. They were super responsive and really helped our vision for the space come to life. We and our guests loved moving between the indoor and outdoor spaces available which meant the day flowed perfectly. We really could not have asked for more.

Just the most beautiful fairytale castle! The historic building itself is spectacular, not to mention the vast grounds which are impeccably kept. We had such a fantastic day and the venue really wowed our guests, many of whom were from overseas and couldn’t wait to show pictures of the venue to their friends back home. The museum is a great additional feature for those interested in history and the staff couldn’t be more helpful throughout the day. Our wedding went perfectly.

Lulworth Castle is the most beautiful wedding venue, it’s a perfect blank canvas to make your wedding totally personalised. The recommended suppliers Lulworth have are outstanding, such high quality, we used both their recommended photographer and caterers. Sarah was amazing to work with, we had multiple viewings throughout the planning process and Sarah was so organised, really easy to communicate with and knowledgable. For what could be a overwhelming experience, Lulworth made it a dream!

We couldn’t recommend Lulworth Castle enough. The events team at the castle were absolutely fantastic, responsive and professional. Overall we couldn’t be happier to have had Lulworth Castle as our wedding venue. Visually, it has so much wow factor. From the moment we saw the venue, we knew that’s where we would get married. The building and grounds is like something from a film – absolutely incredible. 10/10. The staff at Lulworth are wonderful, Sarah and the team couldn’t do enough for us. Our guests were blown away by the venue and the day. Many saying it was the most amazing venue they had seen! This says it all.
