Delivery Info

Orders are dispatched daily within a maximum of 2 days from receipt of order, Monday to Friday via Royal Mail. (48 hours signed for service) or by courier.
Any orders received over a weekend will be processed on the Monday.

Our delivery charges are based on individual products as shown on our web site which covers all packaging and handling

Free shipping is offered on orders over £50 (after any discounts are applied)

We do not deliver outside of the UK mainland.

Delivery Terms & Conditions
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery address/details for the order are correct, we do not accept any responsibility or costs for non-delivery to the intended recipient or losses in such circumstances.

Ensuring that the recipient is going to be at the delivery address on the day of delivery remains the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility or any costs incurred in such circumstances e.g. recipient being on holiday etc. on the day of delivery. If you are not in when the courier attempts the delivery, they will leave a card to explain that they have attempted delivery along with instructions or how you can rearrange delivery. Failure to follow this could result in the order being returned to us.
We will reimburse any monies owed after the delivery charges have been covered if an item is returned to us.

We do not accept responsibility or any costs incurred as the result of a delay in delivery by couriers due to adverse weather conditions or accidents. Where damage has occurred due to such delay, a replacement will be dispatched to the recipient.
