Customer Care Assistants are required at our beautiful and busy holiday park. The Park has over three hundred privately owned holiday homes, a hire fleet and pitches for touring vans and tents. It is popular with a wide range of holiday makers and owners, all of whom share a love of this idyllic, unspoilt coastline and countryside.
This is a well paid, seasonal role with the potential for further work in the future. It could be full time or part time and will include weekends and Bank Holidays. Duties include working on reception, taking bookings, answering the telephone; meeting and greeting customers; after sales service; administration; using and updating our booking program, Camp Manager.
Essential qualities include excellent people skills with some customer care experience; attention to detail; computer literacy; an ability to juggle workload efficiently and cheerfully.
