Durdle Door Holiday Park – Head Gardener

Durdle Door Holiday Park is seeking a Head Gardener to help maintain and develop our beautiful and extensive grounds. This is a permanent fulltime role, working across different areas of the Lulworth Estate but especially at the Holiday Park, and nearby holiday cottages.

Experience of using a range of horticultural machinery is essential, particularly grass, and hedge cutting equipment. Experience in planting and the creation of seasonal displays is required to heighten the beautiful surroundings of this special Dorset Coastal location.

You will have experience leading a small team and a keen eye for detail. You will be a proven team player with the ability to maintain equipment and complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

The work is varied, interesting and rewarding, so you will need a flexible approach, and take pride in working to a high standard.

Required:

Relevant experience

Mowing, spraying and strimming certificates desirable

Driving Licence
