Coasteering Sessions: Half Price Offer

Sessions start at 9.30 and 12.30

Lulworth Cove Visitor Centre

Lulworth's Only Coasteering Adventure

Join us for an coasteering adventure…Jump, swim, climb and float through millions of years of earths history here at Lulworth Cove on the Jurassic Coast.

Experience this extraordinary coastline, and its hidden gems, up close and personal on this exlusive 3 hour guided session. Suitable for age 8+, coasteering is both physical and fun and is so much more than jumping into the water. As you step out onto the rocks you will be stepping back in time… back around 150 million years.

Learn something about the fascinating geology of these age-old rocks, the legends and myths, the changing coastline, and the abundant marine life as you negotiate your way around the geological features of Lulworth Cove and Stair Hole by land and sea.

With most of the time spent in the water, there will be no shortage of thrills, spills and opportunities to experience all that our majestic coastline has to offer. Our coasteering sessions are led by fully qualified instructors from within the Lulworth Ranger team and licenced by the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority.

Make the most of this half price offer. Costs include all necessary safety equipment i.e. helmet, wetsuit, buoyancy aid. All you need to bring is a pair of old shoes (that you don’t mind getting wet), shorts to wear outside a wetsuit, a swimming costume, a towel and most importantly a sense of adventure.

Before you register:
Coasteering is a remarkably rewarding activity but can be tiring both physically and mentally.Scrambling over rocks, jumping from heights and swimming along the coast can all take their toll. Thus, to participate in this activity it is required that you have an appropriate level of fitness and are able to carry out essential instructions given to you. You MUST be able to swim at least 25m (one standard swimming pool length) unaided. Please consult a member of staff if you have any ailments that affect your mobility. If you have an existing medical condition, we recommend that you take advice from your GP to establish what sort of activity it is safe for you to take part in before signing up. We ask everyone who books with us to complete a medical form.
